Labour of Love is a contemporary musical theatre production inspired by Kenyan artist Zaituni’s album of the same name. Combining live music, theatre, movement and immersive sound, the production follows a woman’s journey through love, heartbreak and self-discovery.
Set within the protagonist’s mind, the story brings her inner dialogue to life through two contrasting voices, one cautious and one hopeful, as she navigates questions of identity, relationships and personal growth.
Developed through collaboration between Kenyan and UK creatives, Labour of Love offers an intimate and powerful exploration of resilience, self-worth and the journey towards self-acceptance.

We will run two shows at 1500hrs and 1800hrs.
